The Moving Wall will be coming to the HCVVO Veterans Park property during the June Firebase Kokomo event.
Fundraising is already underway. If you would like to help with the expense of bringing the Wall to Firebase Kokomo and to encourage and support community participation in viewing this tribute, please contact Bill Lisby (Dollar Bill) at 765-628-60297 or email vveterans@aol.comAlso, we plan to have a dunk tank here in June. We will be selling shots at dunking your favorite (or least favorite) person. All proceeds will benefit HCVVO.

ANNIVERSARY REUNION DVD NOW AVAILABLE!

The Silver Annivarsary Reunion DVD has a running time of 1 hour and 50 minutes. It includes a 117-photo slideshow. The video contains 37 interviews, including discussion with Sammy L. Davis, Rev. John Steer, Dennis Chapman, Jackie Meyers, The Australian visitors, Randy Recht of the "Wild Thing," John R. Walker who is with the Huey project, many Vienam Veterans, relatives, and volunteers. We have coverage of the arrival of the Huey, the opening ceremonies, the skydivers. The photo slideshow serves as a virtual tour of the event and includes many faces of those who attended the reunion. |
