Re: Storage
This Letter is to remind everyone with campers and or equipment left on the grounds, that yearly storage fees are $100.00. This fee is due in Oct and is good for the next fiscal year.
Upon payment, you will receive a receipt, a copy of which will need to be placed on the inside of the door or window of the camper and readable from the outside. This form contains contact information in case of an emergency should the owner need to be contacted.
If the storage fee cannot be paid, the camper/equipment must be removed before Jan 1. After Jan 1 if the camper/equipment is still on the grounds the Board will have it moved to the owners place of residence on file or a local storage facility at owners expense and the member will forfeit their campsite the following Sept.
