  Freedom Express Stars

        Now more than ever, we need to both remember and to support our troops, past and present.   You may do so, and at the same time, help the Howard County Vietnam Veterans maintain and make improvements to the property.  The property is now owned by the membership and the organization, so it is home to any veteran who wishes to visit and spend time with other veterans from all campaigns. 

        The Freedom Express is a towed trolley for transporting guests at the Howard County Vietnam Veterans property.  Stars can be obtained for a $10 donation and will be permanently placed on the Freedom Express either "in memory of" any veteran who has passed on, or "in honor of" any veteran still living, whether or not the individual is classified as active duty.  All of the proceeds benefit the HCVVO, so please help us out.

If you are paying by check, please make the check out to HCVVO, but mail it to David K. Bouse, 802 South State Street, #50, South Whitley, IN  46787-1486.  All payments should be mailed to Dave at his address.  Dave will then make the appropriate records, and deliver the money to the Board of Officers at Veterans Park.

        The information needed for each star is the individual's full name, branch of service, rank (if known), dates of service and whether it is "in honor of" or "in memory of" that individual.
