Memorial Bricks

                                           

                                            The cost of each brick is $25.00, AND INCLUDES the cost of engraving. 

                                            Please note that engraving is limited to 3 lines with a maximum of 13

                                            characters per line.  Also note that the bricks are for veterans of any

                                            branch of service who have passed away and there is no restriction as

                                            to the era or the branch of the armed forces in which the veteran served.

                                    `      HCVVO does request that the purchaser provide some form of

                                            verification of the veteran's service and passing (e.g. obituary

                                            notice, death certificate, etc.).  All orders for bricks should be

                                            mailed to:

                                            Each order should contain the information you wish to have engraved on

                                            the brick and should be accompanied with payment in the form of a

                                            check or money order made payable to HCVVO.

                                            NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.

                                            Verification of receipt of the application and accompanying

                                            payment will be sent by return mail.
